New Virtual Tours Service allows businesses to showcase their properties online 24/7 and can be guided or self navigated.
REDLANDS, Calif. – Oct. 10, 2017 – PRLog — Redlands Photography recently announced the launch of their new Virtual Tours service. The service create 360 degree, 3D images for clients and can be hosted on the company’s server or embedded in the clients’ website or posted to the clients Facebook page.
The Virtual Tours allow potential customers or buyers of properties to “take a tour” of the property without having to drive out to the property and get a much better idea of what the propery looks like than still images.
“We are excited to offer this new service and it has been very well received so far.” says Redlands Photography owner Martin Walker. “We seem to appeal to Residential Real Estate agents and brokers, Commercial Real Estate Agents and Brokers and also specialty venues like museums and destination places.” Walker added.
The Virtual Tours are created by a combination of software and hardware. The hardware is a special 360 degree camera. The images are then uploaded into the proprietary software and “connected” online, which allows viewers to navigate through the entire property.
“We’ve found that these Virtual Tours are particulary useful for properties that are more rural or for out of town buyers.” Walker explains. “When a buyer isn’t local and can’t get to an Open House, these Virtual Tours are perfect.” says Walker. “They can also be used to pre-qualify the buyers by allowing them to “see” the property before scheduling a one-on-one appointment with the agent.”
The Virtual Tours are used by luxury yacht sellers, high-end real estate listings, commercial real estate applications and vacation wfv resort destinations and more.
The image quality is very high at 14mp HD. Notes, specs and images can also be added to the tour, including the client’s logo and other information.
Packages are priced starting from $250.00 and dependent upon the size and complexity of the property.
Redlands Web Design expects to be adding the Matterport technology at the first of next year. “We have had some queries for the Matterport solution.” says Walker, “so we want to be able to provide that to our customers and are looking forward to becoming a Matterport Service Provider.
