NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Oct. 13, 2017 – PRLog — After moving around the country at a young age, Sharon Grimes is happy to help others who are relocating across the country or around the corner.
Sharon, an agent and a Certified Relocation Professional in the Newport Beach office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, has been assisting clients with their real estate goals in the region since settling for good in Lido Isle in 1991.

Her father was a real estate broker and farmer, so she grew up learning about the business. She bought her first house at 22, and a second home at 26, renting out the first to help pay for the second. She moved several times, from Washington to Palo Alto to Houston, and finally to Newport Beach. With an entrepreneurial desire to work for herself, she earned her real estate license and has been a success from the start.
“I enjoy meeting people, and find it very rewarding to help them with the largest, most important purchase most of them will ever make: their home,” she said. “Most of my clients have become lifelong friends. Home is where memories are made and families thrive. Home is the place people long to be so many times during their life.”
Sharon earned nearly 12 top-producer awards at her previous company. She attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where she received a certificate for completing the “Seven Strategies for Breakthrough Negotiations Course,” which she still credits for helping to negotiate the best transactions for her clients.
Her wfv favorite charities include the United States Naval Academy, where her son was captain of the sailing team; Lutheran Charities through her church; St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; and the Orange County Philharmonic Group.
