FORT MYERS, Fla. – Oct. 30, 2017 – PRLog — Owen-Ames-Kimball Company (O-A-K) is pleased to announce that Mike Woods has been promoted to vice president of the civil division for O-A-K Florida, Inc.’s Board of Directors.

Woods has over 30 years of experience working on numerous road and site preparation projects in South Florida. He began his construction career at 16, working alongside his father, and in 1979, he started his own construction company, which focused on site preparation. He has also owned and managed his own underground utility company. Woods has served as general superintendent for the company since 2012, and has also been a member of O-A-K’s board of directors since 2015. As an O-A-K employee, he brings extensive knowledge in heavy equipment, all phases of complete site work and road construction, and experience in airport construction.
