RESTON, Va.April 25, 2018PRLog — Ismail Nalwala, co-CEO and Partner of IOTAP, will be a featured speaker at the 2018 Channelnomics Conference MSP in New York City. Nalwala will present IOTAP’s innovative approach in using tools like CRM and Work 365 to delivery great customer experiences for Cloud services business.

This year’s conference will focus on the challenges managed service providers (MSPs) face in the ever-changing and ever-competitive managed services space, as well as the best strategies and practices for increasing efficiency, profit and growth.
