Hawai’i Life to Represent Waimea Parkside, a Residential Project by Tinguely Development — Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers
Hawai’i Life Real Estate Brokers has been chosen to represent Waimea Parkside, Tinguely Development’s new residential neighborhood on Hawai’i Island.
Waimea Parkside is the newest community in Kamuela, Hawaii Island.
KAMUELA, Hawaii – April 12, 2018 – PRLog — Hawai’i Life Real Estate Brokers and Tinguely Development have reached an agreement whereby Hawai’i Life will represent Tinguely Development’s Waimea Parkside, in partnership with Aloha Kohala Realty. Waimea Parkside is a community neighborhood in the heart of Waimea, an upcountry town in West Hawai’i, on Hawai’i Island. Waimea Parkside is one of the design-build firm’s many upscale residential development projects in West Hawai’i. Once completed, Waimea Parkside will be an enclave of 40 custom-built, single-family homes in the heart of Waimea town that honor Hawai’i’s heritage architecture. Currently, 24 of the custom homes have been completed and sold.

Tinguely Development Inc. is a construction management and custom design-build firm with a proven track record of quality craftsmanship in West Hawai’i, where they have operated since 1995.
