KINGSPORT, Tenn.Oct. 23, 2017PRLog — The Small Business Development Center ETSU – Kingsport Affiliate Office will host How to Hire the Help You Need Without Breaking the Bank on Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, at Your Kingsport Chamber.

The training is co-sponsored by the Kingsport Office of Small Business Development and Entrepreneurship (KOSBE), Your Kingsport Chamber, TSBDC at ETSU Kingsport Affiliate Office and sproutHR.

Attendees will learn how and when to hire help for their growing business, what tasks they can outsource first, how to hire on an as-needed basis, the various types of workers available for hire and the first steps for hiring the help you need. This workshop would include a slide presentation and a couple of short activities to engage participants.

This workshop is intended for small business owners, entrepreneurs, HR professionals, managers and professional service providers.

This event is FREE and is a part of the training series offered TSBDC and KOSBE to empower and encourage small business community.

The seminar will be led by Ashley Cox, PHR, SHRM-CP; Owner/Consultant at sproutHR.
